I have a custom "rank" plot in which the y-axis is just a custom row number and the x-axis is the actual data, and the error is also in the x-axis. For a few data points in the plot the minus error bar does not display, while for the other data points both the minus and plot error bars display properly. All the data is contained in one column and all the error bars are contained in one other column of data, so it isn't that different settings are being applied to the different data points or error bars. This is occurring in more than one graph of the same custom type, and I can't find a common link between the data points that are missing their minus error bars.
