I'm having two problems with stacked line graphs. First, when I create a stack of four, I always end up with six layers instead of four. Not a big deal (I just delete the two bogus layers), but a pain nonetheless. Second, I'm trying to make this stack look good on an 11" x 17" page. The stack only fills a little over half the page, so I have to manually resize. Is there an easier way to do this so that the stack automatically fills the page?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

What version do you have? In Origin 8, you can use the Layer Management tool. (Graph:Layer Management...)

When arranging layers you may get extra layers if the original layers you were arranging were linked. Linked layers are treated as one unit.

Select Format:Layer to open the Plot Details dialog. On the Size/Speed tab what is the Units for Layer Area?

Also how are you creating this graph?
