Hi all.

I frequently make up a graph page with multiple layers and then want to match
various aspects of the layers to one another. I mean things like axes scales,
major and minor tick increments, how many minor ticks, whether they're pointed
in or out, font sizes, axis labels, etc: everything that makes one plot
look like another. For instance, one feature that Origin allows you to change
automatically in all layers at once is the axis line thickness. However, only
rarely can these other things be set in any automatic way, especially given
that the layers may or may not be linked.

Has anyone written scripts to deal with these types of mind-numbing,
repetitive tasks? I've started and found that it's not difficult, just
boring, to write. I'd be glad to send what I have to anyone who's interested,
and would love to see anything else that might be out there.
