Hi,

Do you mean what you really have is a series of X,Y data but you end up receiving that into a matrix in Origin?

If yes, once it is in Matrix in Origin, you can use Matrix->Convert to Worksheet menu item and use Direct conversion to make a worksheet and then plot the worksheet columns as desired, as 2D graphs.

Maybe the data in Matlab could be organized differently so you could bring them into Origin worksheets instead, to avoid having to convert?
