Hello, I have a statistics of events Y(X). How to count the number of nonzero Y values in each frame of {x-100, x+100}?

Thank you for your reply. However, it seems that the function count the frequency gives the numbers of counts in each window of the Y values, while I need to get the number of Y counts in each window of X values |
