Hi,

The "Fit Linear" dialog box (open by selecting menu "Analysis> Fitting> Fit Linear") is used to perform linear regression and fits a straight line to a given data set. Please refer to the following online help:

http://www.originlab.com/www/helponline/Origin/en/Origin.htm#UserGuide/Linear_Regression_Dialog.html

In your situation, you need to check the "Apparent Fit" check-box under the "Fit Options" branch.
