Hi all,
I am new to origin, and was wondering if there is an efficient way to rescale tick labels by a scale factor. e.g My Y axis has values like 0.00006, ... which I would like to rescale(transform) to 6, ... by multiplying by 100000 so I that in the final figure, I can just add 10^-5 to the units on axis label which gives a more compact figure. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Moses

Thanks a lot! I had tried everything but all the time, this "divide by" box was hidden from my eyes. The problem is resolved.

Double click on the label text -> get Setting dialog with "Tick Labels" label selected -> Fill in the "Divide by" textbox with the number you want, e.g. 0.00001
