How can I assign a script to a label object with labtalk or how can I put in a script into the label control with labtalk. This would be helpful for many things. In my special problem I want to exchange a faulty script contained in more than hundred Origin Projects. This could easily be done if it would be possible by a script.

a_user	Posted - 08/18/1998 : 12:54:00 PM ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Response: Assigning of a script to a label object with labtalk Origin 5.0 does not support the editing of an object's script through LabTalk. It is highly recommended that when you use the same LabTalk code for many projects, you should put your code in a script file. The script file provides a method of saving script external to Origin. You can execute the script in the script file using the LabTalk run object method. You can have sections in the script file and pass up to five arguments to each section. The script file is also easily editable as it can be opened, altered, and saved in a text window or any other text editor.
