How can I know which equation and parameter used in the fitted curves; file copied from other pc?

Which Origin version are you using? I suppose the File you mentioned is Origin Project file. In Origin 8, you can see all these information from the Notes table of the Fit Report worksheet. In Origin 7.5, maybe you can find some hints from Result Log (View --> Result Log).
