Hi,
Does anybody know a method to set the viewing angle for 3D plots, in origin, similar to the Matlab view()function?
Thanks
Mlm

Double-click the plot to bring up the Plot Details dialog. Select Layer1, or any layer level, on the left panel. Then active the Axis tab. You can see the rotation angle there for each axis.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. ya, the rotation tool bar can be used.

I want to define the viewing angle as an absolute value (azimuth = -37.5 and elevation = 30 degree).

I do not know the original viewing angles for the 3D plot, so I'm unable to set the viewing angle to the above values, without knowing the original angles.

Someone please help.

Thanks
Mlm

How about the 3D Rotation Toolbar? You can set the rotation angle in this toolbar.

Thanks
Larry
