Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8.1 SR0
Operating System: Windows XP

I have a negative peak and I what to calculate the area. I read the tutorial of Origin 8.1 but i did not succed. I tried to integrate but in final I have a very big area wich is wrong. I also read about gadgets:integration but i could not find this option inmy Origin. Can someone help me please? I would like to describe me step by step

Gadgets: Integration is available in Origin8.1SR3. Select Help: Check for Updates from Origin menu to update your Origin to SR3.

You can also use Origin's Peak Analyzer tool to integrate peaks. Here is the tutorial about Integrating Peaks:
