Hi all,

is there a way to manually define the default page format via "File" > "Page setup".
The problem is I am using Origin 8 on a computer with English as system language, but since I am located in continental Europe we are using A4 as a paper format.
When I open or start a project paper format automatically gets switch to "Letter".
How can I change that PERMANENTLY for ALL new projects ?

I am aware of the fact I can change it manually before printing a page, but I really sucks if you are trying to print multiple graphs and have to change the page format manually on every file...:(

Thanx in advance

Matthias

Origin reads the paper size from the Windows default printer, so you will need to go to Printers (Control Panel) and open the Properties dialog for that printer. Modify the default paper format there and save.

Have you tried to use the 'master items'? Have a look in the origin help...
