Posted - 09/22/2010 : 4:47:41 PM Hi,
You can perform multiple peak fitting of your composite peak, and then the report generated by the fitter will provide area (depending on what fitting function you select, you get the relevant parameters).
In version 8.1, plot your data and use the Analysis: Peaks and Baseline: Multi Peak Fit menu item. You can do more detailed fitting from the advanced NLFit tool.
You did not mention which version you have, so start by looking at the tutorials in your help file, and you can look at video tutorials on our website: http://originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Support/VideoTutorials
