Hello

I've been using the global fit function in OriginPro 8 to fit some kinetic data, with user-created functions modelling each species in the fit. However, in some cases, an error message appears saying 'Failed to get data's quantities' and not all of the dependent variables are fitted. The statistics table says that the fit has converged.

Has anyone come across this error before, and do you know what I'm doing wrong?! I'd be really grateful for any pointers.

Thank you so much

Imogen

Hi Imogen,

Please send your OPJ with your data and results, and also your user defined functions, to tech support. We can then take a look and see what is the problem.

Use the "Send File to Tech Support" link at the top right of the forum page to send the files, and in your message please refer to this post.
