I have a problem when i try to create a waterfall graph of two sets of x-values and two sets of y-values. The graph only displays some of the peaks?
The image belows shows the data as a normal line plot (here it looks correct):
The next image shows the same data as a waterfall plot (clearly something is wrong):
It seems to me that Origin does something to the data prior to making the waterfall plot but i can't find anything about it in the help file.
Anyone knows what to do now?
TIA

Could it be that the waterfall graph has a lower speed mode setting than the other graph? By default if speed mode is used, a watermark shows on graph, but that could have been globally turned off using the Tools->Options->Graph tab check box.
Bring up Plot Details dialog on the waterfall graph, go to Layer level on left panel, then on right panel select Size/Speed tab and check the speed mode number of points setting, and try increasing to a larger number if that number is too small.
