Dear all,
Is it possible to fit multiple curves to a data set while floating a polynomial baseline?
Thanks for any help. |

Posted - 03/16/2011 : 2:03:06 PM Hi,
I presume you mean fit multiple peaks along with a polynomial baseline? That is possible with the Peak Analyzer tool in version 8.x where one can vary both baseline and peak parameters in the final fit, or first subtract baseline and then fit the peaks.
See this video tutorial: http://originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Products/Origin/DataAnalysis/PeakAnalysis/PF&pid=1547
