Hello,

I am useing ORIGIN 5.0 SR2 with Windows NT.
It is not posible to remove an Axis Break by switching off the "show break" button.
Does anybody know an other way to remove an Axis Break?

Oliver

Hi Gary

I fixed teh problem by myself.
Here the "work around" I used

If I use the equal Value for for beginn and
end of axis-break, the "show axis break"
checkbox turns to off by its self.
And everything is OK.

Thanks for your help,

Oliver

Hi Oliver,

At least two people tried but could not reproduce this problem here at Microcal. I tried to reproduce it myself on my Windows NT 4.0 SP3 computer in Origin 5.0 SR2. Unchecking the Show Break checkbox on the Break tab in the X (or Y) Axis window turned off the axis break every time on my computer.

Perhaps there is a problem specific to your computer or perhaps the project file is corrupted. Please contact your Origin technical support representative directly and I'm sure they will be able to help you. It would be helpful to them if you attached a project in which you experience this problem and let them know if this behavior happens in just one or in many different Origin project files. It doesn't sound like a driver problem but it is always a good idea to mention which video driver and printer driver you are using on your computer along with your operating system and version of Origin.

Thanks,

Gary Lane
