I'd like to know if it is possible to create survival graphs and hazard graphs concerning a KAPLAN-MEIER or COX analysis in Origin 4.0 or 4.1 .
I did the statistical analyses in SPSS and transfered the data into a Origin worksheet and tried to get the survival and hazard graphs. I tried scatter plots and line graphs, but the graphics that appeared weren't the right ones. When i tried the line graph there was a direct line from datapoint to datapoint, but this graphs weren't the correct survival or hazard graphs.
Transfering the (correct) graphs from SPSS into Origin doesn't seem to be an alternative. I succeeded transfering the SPSS graph into a Origin window, but it wasn't possible to work on the graph there in the Origin window.
Any help on this problem will be greatly appreciated.
