Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:Hi,I wrote one equation y/210=1+(321*(Kx*x/(Kx*x+55.3))). iwant to fit for Kx and x is independent and y is dependent variable. when i start to fit,it says syntax error in expression file.

Try
y=210*(1+(321*(Kx*x/(Kx*x+55.3))))

Other settings may apply, but you do not mention what version you are using.
