Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8.5.0 Beta3
Operating System: Win XP
I fit the data below ( x y yerr) to the function:
y = (2*10^(-7))*m/ (a^2 + (x-xo)^2)^(1.5) (with a =0.0018, fixed), and everything seems fine. But when I try to save the project (or if Origin tries to autosave), the program crashes.
I can do the fit in OriginPro 8.1, and have no problems when trying to save.

Hi,
I have tried to define your function, fit the data, and save the project file. but I had no problem to do so. (I got m=0.00965, xo=3.15523E-4) As you are using a Beta version of Origin 8.5, I strongly urge you to upgrade to the release version, Origin 8.5 SR1.
