Origin Ver. 8.0SR0, B725 and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: XP SP3

I have a 3-column data worksheet (list below) and set them as XYZ, trying to convert to matrix. When I click the convert using XYZ gridding, but nothing happen. I have met such thing before, where need to re-compile some parts in origin, but I cannot revoke it now. I am very urgent to treat this data, anyone can give me some clue? Thanks a lot!

Hi Naluwa,

Origin 8.0's latest service build is SR6, and many bugs have been fixed. So, I suggest you to upgrade to SR6 first (by Check-for-Updates).
