Thanks for your quick response. Normally, after ANOVA, we would also like to know the significance between groups. This was described in a textbook as "multiple comparison". For instance, we have 4 groups and the ANOVA tells us "the means are significantly different". But it does not tell you the difference(s) is (are) between grp1 and grp2 or grp1 and grp3, etc. One has to take other test such as Tucky test to look at them. If you could tell me how to write these script, I'd be very grateful (I know little about those languages and I am lazy to refer to the manual).
