It seems you want to fit all plots in a graph with a same function. In NLFit tool (which contains log function in its built-in fitting functions) when you simply want to fit each plot individually, you can set the "Multi-Data Fit Mode" to "Independent Fit" after selecting all plots as input data. If the curves share some parameters, you can set it to "Global Fit". Maybe you can try the "Nonlinear Fitting with System Function" tutorial in the Origin tutorials ("Help: Tutorials" menu).
