Is there a way to do that or should i copy their data to one workbook and plot a new graph? Thank you very much! Lior |

Posted - 07/13/2011 : 5:31:15 PM There are a few ways to add data to an existing plot. Since you want data from different folders, we can eliminate Drag and Drop Plotting. We will also eliminate Graph : Add Plot to Layer since that works with the most recent Worksheet selection.
So you can choose: Layer Contents (Right-click on the layer icon number in the upper left of the graph and choose Layer Contents.) Select Worksheets in Project in the upper left of this dialog. Select any Y columns from the list and click the arrow to move them into the graph layer. This method requires each sheet have the correct X,Y Plot Designations.
Plot Setup (Right-click on the layer icon number in the upper left of the graph and choose Plot Setup.) (Click the blue chevron buttons to make sure all three panels are showing.) In the top panel, select "Worksheets in Project" and pick Worksheet(s) You can pick the Plot Type, the X and Y data in the middle You can target the data for a particular Layer in the bottom panel
