Origin 5.0 (SR2); NT 4.0 (SR3 HP 660C (driver version 11.0)
I just installed the new HP printer driver for NT 4.0 version 11.0 and the old problems known from version 9.0 reappeared (lines missing, text wrong size, places, missing ...). Since its exclusively the combination Origin and HP, I hope both are looking into it at some time.
However, using an additional driver, called FinePrint (www.singletrack.com; shareware $30,-) solved all these problems (and is also useful for a few other purposes).
Maybe this is of help for someone.
