Hi! I used the Peak Analyzer to fit a 4-peak spectrum. It fitted fine but when the output is sent to plot, the "subtracted data" [(original data) - (fitted baseline)] is plotted as a line rather than a series of discrete points. I would like to the data to display as points with the individual and cumulative fitted curves going through them. How can I do this? I would be very grateful to anyone who can help me! |

The plot type of the fitted curves is "Line" as default, and currently you cannot control inside the Peak Analyzer session. But, after fitting, you can change the plot type to, say Scatter, by a regular way of graph customization. That is, you can double-click the graph to show the Plot Details dialog, choose "Cumulative Fit Peak" (or individual peak's plot) plot, select "Scatter" (or Line+Symbol), and click OK.
If you need points at the same X locations of your source dataset, you can select the following option in the last "Fit Peaks" stage in Peak Analyzer: Result> Configure Graph> Fitted Curve Plot> X Data Type> Same as Input Data
Hope this is what you are looking for.
