When I use Analysis->spectroscopy->Integrate multiple peaks menu to get some quantities, I can get 'Width' of interested peak. Is this value FWHM or 2*sigma?

Please help me...

Hi yhspong,

I suspect that you're using very early service release (SR) of Origin 8.0 because I have confirmed that since Origin 8.0 SR6, there is no menu, "Analysis->spectroscopy->Integrate multiple peaks"; Origin 8.0 SR6 and the later versions, a new tool, called "Peak Analyzer" (menu "Analysis: Peaks&Baseline: Peak Analyzer") has been introduced. In this wizard-type tool has "FWHM" option explicitly in "Quantities" option branch for output. So, if your Origin is not the latest service release, I suggest you to upgrade to the latest ("Help: Check for Updates").

In addition, the latest Origin version, 8.5.1, it has a new graphical tool, called "Quick Peaks" gadget, which also has FWHM option (as default).
