Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

¡¾There is an ERROR shown like the following sentence when I open an Excel profile in Origin 8.0 :

"You try to open file "oxlC358" format with the file extension specified format inconsistencies, open the file before you verify the file is not corrupted and is from reliable sources, whether immediately open the file?"¡¿

What should I do to work out this problem?

The message sounds like it is coming from Excel and it seems the file in question is either damaged or named with an incorrect extension.
