Hi. I am wondering if it is possible to compare 3 or more groups simultaneously using KAPLAN-MEIER survival analyses with LOG RANG test? I can plot 3 groups or more in the survival graph, but get only one LOG RANG probability value... How can I test for differences between each possible pair of groups?
Thanks for your help! |

I am afraid that currently there is no a easy way in Origin for you to compare the survival functions pairwisely.
A workaround for it is 1) Sort worksheet by the group column. (Highlight the group column, right click and select Sort Worksheet: Ascending ) 2) Run Kaplan-Meier with all data 3) Mask the unneeded groups in source data 4) Click Recalculate button to get log-rank result of your disired pair of groups.
Repeat step 3, 4 above to get log-rank result of each pair of groups.
