How to combine two 2D graphics in 3D graphic?

I want to combine 1 and 2 graph and I also want to combine 3 and 4 graph. I will have 2 graphs in total. The first chart will have 2 lines (from past 1 and 2 charts), The second chart will also have 2 lines (from past 3 and 4 charts). How to do it?
