Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro2021 Operating System:windows Dear Origin Forum, I have received measurement data from an instrument and plotted it on an x(concentration)-y(peak area) graph. Afterwards, I used Analysis/Fitting/Polynomial Fit to fit the curve (see picture). [img]https://my.originlab.com/ftp/forum_and_kbase/Images/Response%20Curve%20and%20Polynomial%20Fit%20Function.png[/img] I want to use the resulting quadratic function (calibration function) to calculate the concentrations for each signal in my samples. For this, I have already copied the corresponding 42 samples with the related peak areas into another origin workbook (see Figure 2, Y-columns = samples with peak areas, X = signal identification with "ID" ). [img]https://my.originlab.com/ftp/forum_and_kbase/Images/Signals%20from%20Samples.png[/img] I would now like Origin to access the values (Intercept, B1 and B2) of the calibration curve and use them to calculate and tabulate the concentrations for each sample. Can you please tell me how to do this? I know that you can do this yourself using the famous pq-formula. But I think there might be a workflow for Origin that is at least as good.
