Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.1.0(64-bit) b215
Operating System: Win 10

I'm trying to export data as spc (spectroscopy) but I don't see that option there. According to the manual from my spectrometer, which is integrated in Origin, the option should be available on the 'export' menu, but it isn't. Any way to get around this?

Hi Floren,

We only support importing an SPC file, but not exporting as an SPC file by default.

Origin worksheet and matrix data can be exported as the following formats:

I think the spectrometer maker might write a customized exporting X-Function for you to export the data as an SPC file. If you want to bring this menu back, you should retrieve this exporting X-Function and save it to the \Import and Export folder:

Regards, Yuki
