Hi goldfronts1,
Probably your data is under Y=0 line, and you the option of "Area Type" in Integration tool ("Integ1") was set to "Mathematical Area". In this option setting, the area under Y=0 is calculated as negative in the sense of mathematical integral. If you change this option to "Absolute Area", Origin calculate the area positive either the data is above or under Y=0; though I'm not sure if this is what you are trying to obtain.
Can you check your data, the above option, and what you want to obtain really?
