Help with sigmoidal fit!

Dear all,
I fitted my data with sigmoidal Boltzmann fit.
In the results log I can see the values of A1, A2, x0 and dx, and also error values are given right beside.
What kind of error is given here?
Is ist a standard deviation, or the standard error?
And how is this error calculated?
I'm working with Origin Version 6.1.

Hi gnatho,
The following is the explanation of the error of the estimated parameters, which should be Standard Error.

This page is of the Origin Help for 8.6, but likely applicable to ver. 6.1 .
