How can I do to solve this big problem??I tried also to put togheter 2 graph in one, but te software put the two graphs in the same window, without mix them togheter.

Hi mikimet,
Besides rotating 3D axes to show better, having an extra data column for color numbers (1=Black, 2=Red, etc.), you can set the symbol's color as "Indexed" to set the colors of each point. In the Symbol tab in Plot Details dialog, you can set this extra column for colors of the data points. If some data points are overlapped, you can set the transparency of the symbol color so that you can see the rear symbol through the front one.
Does this work? If not, maybe you can paste the screenshot of your current presentation to this post.
