Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.0
Operating System:windows 7
Hello,I have a big problem on the multi-fit peaks function, I wish some one experienced could help me.
The question is as follows:
I have a infra-red spectrum of a three-mixed material, solid. The spectrum actually has four peaks between 1300cm-1 and 780cm-1. The multi-fit peaks function has two parameters, position and half-width,which is roughly estimated. The peak type I choose is Guassian,so the rough width of the peaks is given by the software automatically. The results mostly would be good, but there are some exceptions, and the the fit peaks are very different from the truth.
So my question isIs there any method or function which can make the postion and width of the peaks manually, so I can easily compare different spectrum and calculation on the mount of components based on the Beer-Law?
(sorry for the poor English, I am even not sure whether I have made myself clear...)
