I am trying to hook up Hitachi fluorescence Spectrophotometer with PC to acquire Emmission intensity data on Origin 4.0 LabCom module. After connection, I am successful in reading dat in Test mode, but while acquiringin real time mode I get arbitrary nos. that has no relevance to the actual values.
I would appreciate response from anybody who is using LabCom module in their lab.
