Can I make a map with the geographical grid using format dd-mm-ss ?

Your question is a bit vague, so I am not sure that I understand what it is you wish to do. It is possible to insert a map as a bitmap into an origin graph and then to overlay data that are plotted against time. It is also possible to convert longitude to time (as in relation to Mean Greenwich Time) and to overlay this as a grid on an Origin graph. Origin allows the user to create custom time formats such as dd-mm-ss.

If you can be more specific, perhaps we could offer some further advice.
