If your computer has MS Office (with Equation Editor), you can find font such as Math3 or Math3mono. In these font, you can find Hbar for Planck constant. You get the character by a key combination Alt+0209.

Another possibility in Origin75 is the following: Double click on the axis label to bring up the text editor. You will see the cursor blinking in the window. Press control+M to bring up the symbol set window. Select Math3 or Math3mono font from the font selection window. Either has reduced Planck constant in the lower right. Select it, click Insert and Close to add it to the axis label.
