How can I read or write on I/O port?

Origin on its own is not capable of doing this. There are 3rd party softwares, such as those supplied TAL Technologies, that can do this through a serial port. Check them out at:

The german distributor ADDITIVE has a serial communications module. The module has an english language interface. It works, has a few bugs, I use it to control a materials testing machine.

Remember that most of applications can't do by itself...

But, you know that this problem has an easy solution building a DLL, processing your information on it, and sending all your data, by example a serial vector of samples. It's a very extended option on this kind of works..
