Hello everyone,
I am importing csv files into Origin. The format is num, date, time, num, num, num.
Trouble is that Origin insists on placing the first line of the file as column labels. This even happens if I format the worksheet prior to import so that the 2nd and 3rd columns are ready to accept date and time. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

Thanks,

Gav.

With the worksheet that you want to import to active, select Import | Ascii Options on the File menu. In the File Header section at the bottom specify Skip main header, number of lines = 0, and Specify known subheader lines = 0. Then click the Import Now button and let us know if that works.
