Thank you for the answers.
but now I have another problem. x-axis has logarithmic-scale and y-axis is a Gaussian-probability-distribution. If you use the tool fit linear, you don`t get a straight line, because the equation of the linear regression is y = ax +b and not like in the automatic linearfit (analysis) Scale(y) = a Scale(x) + c. For statistical evaluation I absolutely need a straight line. How can I manage this?

To do a Linear Fit on a log scale choose the Settings tab on the Linear Fit tool and select "Apparent Fit".
