hello, can i ask something about 2-dimensional fft and low pass filter?
As you know, 1D fft and pass filtering, they work very well by using origin.
But if we have 2-D data(matrix),
can't we use the function of fft and low pass filter?
thank you for your attention and have a nice day.

Hello,

2DFFT is available in Origin 7 by using the NAG Library. It is not integrated into the menu yet, but can be easily accessed via Origin C, which is a new programming enviroment in Origin 7 for writing C programs that also provides access to the NAG library functions. The low pass filter can be implemented by first calling the NAG function to perform the 2DFFT, the filter out the "unwanted" components and then transform back to obtain filtered data.
