| Hello dear members. I have one problem and Google did not help me, that's why I will ask my question here. Soon I start using Origin Lab 9, but the ticks are not visible at the axes. Labels are visible but ticks are not. I tried all options but did not find a decision. In previous version 8.5 I had not this problem. Thank you in advance and sorry for bad English ! |

Hello,
Could you check Help: About Origin and see what the remaining time there is?
Usually this happens when Origin isn't licensed or license has expired.
Try to run Origin as administrator again and get license again and put it in Origin and see if the problem still exists.

If you installed with SN and not licensing it, it will expire in 7 days.
If you installed demo/evaluation version and use it without a demo lic, it will expire in 3 days. You can get a 21 day evaluation license. It will expire after that.
