Hi,

we have some data that are not sorted correctly. I.e. the X-values are not in ascending or descending order. Is it possible to sort the dataset automatically such that the corresponding Y values are moved WITH their X-values??

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi,

Try the following,

Select the column you want to sort, then go to "Worksheet"-"Sort Range"-"Custom". A dialog will ask you to ascending or descending data. Then click on the column and choose how you want to sort the data.

Don't forget to choose to sort the "Entire Worksheet" on the bottom of the dialog, then corresponding Y values are moved with their X values.

Hope it can help.
