Operating System: Win7 Enterpr. x64 SP 1

Dear Origin users,
today again I ran into an annoying problem with Origin. I was doing Origin stuff like ploting, curve fitting ... Now when I'm trying to save my project, a popup appears saying:

Attention!
Please close all open dialogs before saving a project or window. Note that some dialogs may be minimized.

I don't see any minimized window and don't remember minimizing one. All the user interface of Origin is still working e.g. curve fitting, but it does not allow to save. Neither can I close Origin, similar message appears. I have to kill using Task Explorer.

I did not find any ideas what's wrong in help, so I ask you. What am I doing wrong? Is it a bug?

Thanks in advantage, I will give it a try when the problem occurs again.

This tool you mentioned - where can I get it from?
