Hello!

How can I define an inverse trigonometric function (when fitting or when plotting some function in a graph) in Origin 8?

Thanks!

I'm confused. Isn't acos already defined as a trig function in Origin8? Now I would understand your problem with atan. The user often needs to use atan2 instead of atan to execute an inverse tangent operation; in Origin8, this function is called angle. It wasn't until Origin 9.1 that atan2 was added.
