 Differences between zickzacks in a curve

Hello

i have a data set of points, which give the following curve:
(a line connects just the points (no function))
and currently plotted with excell

Now what i wanna do with the data set: i wanna determine all the (x-axis) distances between the single zick zack maximas.

as you see not every single zick zack expresses an obvious tip/peak


is there a possibility to determine the distances without calculating manually the single difference?

There is no one separation value, so the FFT of your data will give you a distribution of the separation values. You should find some small peaks at about 10% of the Frequency range in your FFT plots.
When you find peaks in the FFT plots, 1/PeakCenter represents the separation value in your original curve.
