Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.0
Operating System: Windows 7

I was hoping someone could help me with a graphing function. Is there a way I can track a hysteresis shape?

I normally have a linear curve from a measurement but if there is poor contact during the procedure, data will begin to look more and more like a hysteresis curve. Is there a way (maybe circularity of Origins Residual vs. Independent Plot) for Origin to measure how much hysteresis is included in this linear fit of data?

I am using Analysis --> Linear Fit --> Open Dialog.. For the linear fit.
Thanks in advance,
Bryan
