Hi!

I'm new here and I'm from Poland. I'm still studying so sorry for my English I got problem with OriginLab (newest version) and I hope you can help me to solve this.
I have to make a plot that depends on time (y=y0*cos(omega*t))and I dont have any idea how can I do this.
I went through file -> new -> graph, graph -> add function graph -> and y(x)= ... I wrote here "y0*cos(omega*t))" but it didn't work What have I done wrong?

Please answer as soon as possible.

EDIT: I forgot to tell you that y0 and omega are const

Hi,

The independent variable should be x in the formula you input.
For example, when y0=2 and omega=3, then your formula should be:

Y(x)=2*cos(3*x)

Of cause you can defined the constants in the dialog.
